Return & Refund Policy
Changed your mind, or something not quite right? No stress. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery — we'll pick it up from your door and refund you to the same method you paid with.
Return window
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for most items. Open the order under Your Orders, choose the item and a reason, and submit the request. Some categories — such as certain personal-care, innerwear and made-to-order products — are marked non-returnable on the product page; please check before you buy.
Condition of returned items
Just send it back the way it came — unused, with the box, MRP tag, warranty card, manuals, any freebies and all accessories still in place. If your order turns up damaged, faulty or simply the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours and add a couple of photos; we'll sort it out fast.
Pickup & quality check
Once your request is approved, we arrange a doorstep pickup through our logistics partner at no cost to you — there is no need to self-ship. Returned items pass a quick quality check to confirm they meet the return conditions above before your refund or replacement is processed.
Refunds
After the item passes the quality check, your refund is issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to the account details you provide. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days of the item passing inspection, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? Where stock is available, we can send a free replacement of the same item after the returned product passes its quality check. Replacements usually begin dispatch within 3–5 days of approval.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped directly from Your Orders. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
